Technical Support Specialist

As vendor for international enterprise customers, operating large, complex IT enviroments, we are dedicated to provide outstanding support and consulting services.
Currently we are expanding the support of our MIDAS product family and are looking for a technical support specialist.
Location: Stuttgart
Your Tasks
Within a team you support our customers regarding the usage of our software solutions for the IT management.
You participate in the test of corresponding software products and solutions for large enterprises.
You learn specific customer requirements and their IT environments.
Your Perspectives at blue elephant systems
By joining our team, you will be part of a focused and empowered support team with world-wide responsibility for the technical support of our MIDAS product family.
As experienced software support engineer, you help our customers with your expertise, and are also an important internal facilitator.
Your Profile
You hold a good degree (university or advanced technical college) in computer science or as Mathematician / Engineer / Natural Scientist with programming knowledge.
You have the following qualifications and experiences on the corresponding areas:

customer support of software products

good knowledge of operating systems (Unix and/or Windows)

pragmatic problem solving approach

ability to work independently as well as in a team

good communication skills
-
good English
Desired further qualifications are:
Ideally, you know IT management products (HP OpenView, IBM Tivoli, BMC Patrol, Nagios, etc.).
